I am retired. I spent a lifetime in Management, which I enjoyed immensely. I only mention this because I booked my RAV4 in for service at Mandurah Toyota. They 'reminded me' days before, they were 'ready' for my vehicle when I arrived, they 'briefed me' on the service tasks, they 'phoned me' when the service was completed. I was overjoyed at the team at Mandurah Toyota. What a TEAM. Amazing! Would I go elsewhere? You're joking. (:-)
